JobHops sells digital products — resume templates, unlocked PDF downloads, and career memberships. Because these are delivered instantly and consumed immediately, our refund policy is designed to be fair to customers while accounting for the one-time-use nature of the product.
1. One-Time Passes (₹299)
A One-Time Pass unlocks the full template library and a clean (non-watermarked) PDF download for a single resume, with no expiry on your access to that resume.
- No refund once the PDF is downloaded or the resume has been unlocked. Because the deliverable is a one-time-use digital file, we cannot “take it back” once you have it.
- Full refund if unlock failed: if your payment succeeded but the pass did not activate on your account (e.g. because of a technical error on our side, and you have not downloaded the clean PDF), we will refund the full amount.
2. Career Membership (once launched)
JobHops does not use silent auto-renewal. Memberships are purchased upfront for a fixed term. You can cancel further renewals at any time from Settings — cancellation stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the current paid term.
Within the first 7 days of your first membership purchase, we'll refund the full amount on request if you've not downloaded more than one paid PDF.
3. Free Plan
The Free plan is free. Nothing to refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email billing@jobhops.in from the email address on your JobHops account.
- Include your payment reference / order ID and a short description of what went wrong.
- We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — in almost every case we can resolve the issue faster directly. If you file a chargeback for a completed, delivered digital product, your JobHops account may be suspended pending review.
